This requires ensuring the necessary planning; management, implementation and communication of progress across the various initiatives. Programme Management extends further to the complex stakeholder and risk management.
Our PM’s focus on the overall delivery and output of the various teams and ensure proper guidelines are set and that training is provided. All planning and scoping can be scaled and adapted to suit the requirement of the client.

The mission is to take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of the projects within the domain. This requires ensuring the necessary planning; management, implementation and communication of progress across the projects and programme within the domain including plans, resources and investments.

  • Initiate; plan and manage activities within the specified domain.
  • Manage stakeholders both upward and downward.
  • Ensure delivery of new products or services from the project’s environment is to the appropriate levels of quality; within the set time frames; within budgets and in accordance with the programme plan.
  • Be responsible for the quality assurance and overall integrity of the projects and programs within the domains.
  • Manage third party contributions to the projects and programme as deemed appropriate.
  • Manage both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects within and across the domains.
  • Manage the delivery risk to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Manage the programme budget on behalf of the strategy and programme owner; monitoring the expenditures and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the programme progresses.
  • Steward of project planning and management documentation of all the activities within the domain (e.g. consistent status reporting; issues and risk identification; monitoring; escalation and resolution/mitigation plans and processes).
  • Ensure knowledge sharing within the domain and across projects.
  • Structure the roles and responsibilities of prioritised projects and programme within the domain
  • Build; manage and motivate the programme team.
  • Responsible for timely communications / reporting to project governance and overall governance.
